Inspired by Tejano (a Texas-born Hispanic American Texas resident), Bendito is a restaurant where you can enjoy Tex-Mex and Tequila, created with the hope that all customers and guests who come to our restaurant will always be blessed.

Tex-Mex는 1870년대 남부 텍사스에서 멕시코를 잇는 철도를 지칭하는 단어로 시작되었으며, 시간이 지남에 따라 멕시코 혈통의 텍사스인 테하노(Tejano)를 묘사하는데 사용되었습니다. 텍사스로 이주한 테하노들은 멕시코 요리법을 선보이기 시작하였고, 각자의 문화를 포용하고 식사를 나누듯 서로의 삶을 연결하였습니다. 지역을 연결하던 열차로 시작되어 문화를 연결하게 된 새로운 요리는 TEX-MEX 요리법으로 전해지게 됩니다. 벤디또는 테하노들에게 영감을 받아 재해석 된 Tex-mex와 tequila를 선보이는 레스토랑입니다. 우리의 식당에 방문한 모든 고객들이 식사를 나누며 함께하는 시간에 축복이 가득하기를 바랍니다.
